in the galaxy M81

February 9, 2016

On February 7, 2016 the night over NAO Rozhen was beautiful with 1.5" seeing, which is optimum of 2 pixels for the FoReRo2 system. By the request of his colleague Peter Pessev from the Gran Telescopio Canarias, Instituto de AstrofÃsica de Canarias, Universidad de La Laguna, SPAIN to the observer on duty at the 2 m telescope, currently Galin Borisov from Armagh Observatory, Northern Ireland, UK, and the help from the operator on duty Yanko Nikolov from Institute of Astronomy with NAO, BAS a deep photometry of the newly discovered nova PNV J09553757+6900146 in the galaxy M81 was made. The observations were instantly processed by Galin Borisov and measured by Peter Pessev and as a result of that the following telegram was published - http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=8650
